What, the fact that lots of Congressmen use their offices for personal gain makes it OK for this guy?

Renzi was railroaded. He did nothing illegal, unlike what Charlie Rangel did in the Dominican Republic by not disclosing his million dollar mansion (and rental payments received) to the IRS. Rangel is of course a democrat (protected class) and was Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee. The same committee that makes IRS laws. He got away with it, completely Scott free.

So, when do Harry Reid's legal appeals for using his office for personal financial gain, taking illegal corporate money to fund his campaign, and proposing a land swap deal start?

In 2006 there shouldn’t have been any left-leaning US Attorneys. Bush should have shut these political prosecutions of Republicans down and put in people who would start targeting democrats.
