Gun shop owners are reporting a spike in gun sales, as a result of the current terror wave, and also of new regulations that allow more citizens to buy and hold guns.
Yitzchak Mizrahi, who owns the Magnum firearms store in Jerusalem, told Arutz Sheva Sunday that Jews are responding to the ongoing terror attacks in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria, by buying more weapons, and that the new criteria issued by the Interior Ministry are making it possible for many people who could not do so in the past, to arm themselves. …

What’s nice to see is that the Torah-observant Jews are increasing as a percentage of the Jewish population both in Israel as well as America. Why? Because non-observant Jews are intermarrying, having very few children, and simply forgetting their Jewish identity while the observant ones are doing just the opposite.
Plus, the observant ones are doing outreach (in Hebrew it is called, “kiruv”) with great success. So much so that there are khiloni (secular) parents who have formed groups to combat children from becoming observant. That’s right. Parents who DON’T want their children to become religious. Thanks to God it is a losing battle for them.
And as Jews in Israel become more religious you are seeing the country becoming more conservative (in the largest sense of the word) and rejecting collectivism, which is pro-death in all its forms, and replacing it with the Instructions of Life. This means rejecting abortion, gun control and every other tenant of the Democrat party line.

Well, they have been stupid Democrat followers for so long that maybe they have forgotten about defense. Maybe they actually think that things are changing and they actually have to defend themselves! Not likely for either but maybe something has changed a bit.
You can only remain stupid for so long before the light is lit...or they realize that they’ve been duped for years!
