I found out that this is a tradition with the Kentucky All-State Senior and Junior High Choirs. The hotel is the Hyatt Regency in Louisville.

Beethoven took a little ditty from Mozart’s “Magic Flute” and worked it up for piano and cello. I’ll skip the analysis. If you want to know more, expansion of the video will provide the information. Just kick back and enjoy.
