They are all too busy importing cheap Indian labor instead of investing in hiring and training fellow citizens in their local communities. Another and very important reason to end H1B. Seriously, I have worked in IT since getting out of the Navy and there really are few jobs wherein we need to import cheap labor, unless your reason is to suppress American wages and and increase profits.
