I am unaware of any elected Republican who has said anything positive about the Confederate Battle Flag. It is of little interest to most people outside of its’ historical roots in the South.
I have no idea what so ever as to why we are being pummeled by this nonsense as the flag flies at confederate monuments and grave sights.
As I have said before, I am not even sure I have ever seen on flying in person as i live in Ohio and even on my trips South have never actually seen one on a flag pole outside of a historical sight. Where one would expect to see a historical flag.
I just get tired of conservatives being labeled as racists holding this flag in text books that my college kids bring home, and never is it stated that it belonged to demorats!
