I’m at a loss - what DO you do when the self-anointed “final” arbiter of the law is lawless?
Write another law? An amendment that they’ll ignore?
The founders provided for impeachment, but that hasn’t worked or even been attempted but a couple of times.
I think it’s time to dust that one off, though.

Ya, well, it has been stated that there is a fourth branch of the government - the states. It is in the constitution. The fourth branch can get together to do what is necessary, amendment, constitution convention, or start with the declaration of independence.

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. ...
