Judge Matt Johnson of Wacos 54th State District Court has ruled to allow a Dallas attorney to obtain Twin Peaks surveillance video from the restaurant franchisee to help him prepare for an August hearing, but the judge placed a protective order on the video, preventing it from being released to the public.
The judge also placed a gag order on prosecutors and attorneys involved in the case, limiting both sides from discussing the case in the media.
Johnson said he is concerned about causing a problem with jury pools if the video is released.
Attorney Clint Broden, who obtained the subpoena, objected to the protective order on the video and the gag order and said he will appeal both decisions.

“So not the guys waiting to ambush them and ended the riot by murdering 9 people.”
Got any documentation for that at all, or are you just speaking from your posterior?
Aww, poor baby. I wonder why we haven’t gotten banned yet if we are so evil for questioning your “bikers are innocent victims” story. Maybe you can make your own forum site and ban all the people who question your paranoid theories. You seem like you’d be happier in an echo chamber.
When’s the last time you read about bikers breaking down the door of some sleeping dude’s house and shooting his dog for no reason?
If bikers are breaking down your door, chances are you cut them off on the freeway and almost killed them.
From the link you posted.
I saw the first three of our guys fall, and we started running, said their brother in arms, another Cossack, who said he was there May 17”
No where in the article does it say who shot those three guys. The Washington Post tries to imply but cannot make a direct link. The question still remains as to who shot who.
“As soon as the gun battle was over, the cops collared all the Cossacks and Bandidos they could find. (They have yet to say exactly how many members of the two clubs were arrested; Pike told me that 22 of his men were jailed.) All of the other bikers who were at Twin Peaks, including the members of the mom-and-pop clubs, who had nothing to do with the shootings, were also arrested, charged with engaging in organized criminal activity. In all, more than 170 bikers were taken to the county jail, each of them slapped with a $1 million bond.”
So, if 22 Bandidos were arrested, that leaves 155 who must have been Cossacks arrested. Right? Since no one except desparate criminals were arrested. Right?
YUP. And if you notice, about four or five of them DOMINATE the tail-ends of threads, posting in a frequency that is probably four or five times more than individuals (the vast majority, about two to one) who are skeptical at least of LEO in this. So for every ONE post from skeptics, the minority trolls/plants respond with SIX or SEVEN posts.
Tyranny is on the move.
Sorry, I don’t have an account to the Houston paper so I cannot read the story.
It really is. 90% of it is pure ad hominem which brings the intended response. I take their sad bait way more than I should. I continue to resolve to try to do better with that.
“No where in the article does it say who shot those three guys.”
Well, if you actually read the whole article the witness explicitly states a Bandidos member fired the first shot, a fatal shot to the head:
“Trouble started almost immediately, he said: One of the Bandidos, wearing a patch that identified him as a chapter president, ran his bike into a Cossack standing in the parking lot. The Cossack who was hit was a prospect, a man in his mid-20s who was striving to become a full member of the club.
They came up really fast, and the prospect turned and faced the bikes, the Cossack chapter president said. He fell backward into other [parked] bikes. The guy who hit him stopped and got off of his bike and said, What are you doing? Get .... out of my way. Were trying to park.
Cossacks quickly jumped to the prospects defense, he said: Guys were saying, Youre disrespecting us, or, Were not backing down.
In a blink, it started, he said: Two punches: One from them, one from us.
A Bandido with a patch identifying him as sergeant-at-arms of the same chapter threw a punch at Richard Matthew Jordan II, 31, known as Richie, who was from Pasadena, Tex. Jordan punched the guy back.
At that point in time, the sergeant in arms shot Richie point-blank, the Cossack said.
Police said Jordan died of a gunshot wound to the head.”
Poor widdle Hussein Head freak, your mom’s calling from upstairs, time to wash up for din-din.
You can fight the Americans later.
I think the polices are innocent killers story is a lot more amusing...
Notice that the polices didn't say what caliber gunshot wound... LOL! :)
Perhaps the polices are waiting for someone to invent forensic methods for determining the caliber of a gunshot wound...
I wonder how many of those killed at Twin Peaks had a CCW permit?
You know, when you have a witness saying an officer of the Bandidos shot him point blank, blaming the cops is probably not going to get you very far.
I wonder how many have police bullets in them. I wonder what they were doing when they took those bullets. Wonder how many were fighting and how many were running.
You know, when you have a witness the news fabulists @ The Washington Post having a conveniently anonymous sockpuppet saying an officer of the Bandidos shot him point blank, believing the news fabulists is probably not going to get you very far.
Notice that your use of "witness" was horribly inaccurate, Boogie. :)
For bonus points, can you tell us who "Spikey" is, and what relationship did he have to the WP news fabulists?
Show me the autopsy wounds! (to paraphrase Tom Cruise in Jerry Maguire)
Notice how the polices boosters are tap-dancing their way around the pile of dead bodies?
THAT ONE ANONYMOUS GUY SAID THAT THE ONE MOTORCYCLE GUY GOT SHOT BY THE OTHER MOTORCYCLE GUY!!!
**crickets** on the other dead guys, of course...
Vehicle forfeiture documents reveal new details about deadly biker shootout". This article has the most detailed information to date about the two dozen or so people facing vehicle seizure. Who they are, what they are alleged to have done the day of the event, what their bail status is.
The judge has the evidence under a gag order.
