“This newly minted federal constitutional right to same-sex marriage can and should peaceably coexist with longstanding constitutional and statutory rights, including the rights to free exercise of religion and freedom of speech,”

100% incorrect. The 2 are mutually inclusive. If deviant marriage is a "civil right", then churches can and will be sued, and tax exempt statuses are at immediate risk.

Our pastor and church leadership refuse to comply.

We have said if they take away our tax deduction, so be it, that is not why we give. We give unto the Lord, not to get a tax deduction.

The government can sue us, they can take away our church building, they can jail our pastor, we still will not comply to man's laws that force us to break God'a laws.

We fear no man but have the utmost, love, respect and fear of our Creator.

We have read the end of the Book and we know who wins in the end. We are on His side, not five people in black robes!

That would only be true if church wedding were the only way to get married. There are numerous other paths to marital bliss for the sodomites. Not saying that they won't come after Christian churches, I'm just saying that it doesn't of necessity follow.
