the question is does el paso have any anti-gay discrimination laws? if not, then grace gardens is okay from the law. though they might face a gay mob boycott. if there are anti-discrimination laws, then grace gardens should offer to do the wedding with proceeds going to ted cruz’s campaign.

Anti-discrimination laws don’t override constitutionally protected freedoms, like the free exercise of religion. Of course, who knows what the legal barbarians in the Supreme Court will come up with next.

What we need are some legal challenges to make their way back up through the legal system so that the Supreme Court can tell us what the law and US Constitution mean today. Maybe they can spin a wheel or something...
