Article 3, Section 2 of the Constitution:

Congress can regulate anything the Supreme Court does.

Congress can overturn a Supreme Court ruling.

Why?

Because only Congress can make law.

The Supreme Court did not have any legal basis for their ruling on Friday.

The members of Congress have taken an oath to defend and protect the Constitution.

We don’t need a Constitutional Amendment, Congress can pass legislation invalidating the Supreme Court decision and remanding the issue back to the states.

It is that simple.

If true, it is the best news I have heard in over 6 years.

Until we have both Houses of Congress and POTUS, Article 3, Section 2 is moot.
