A place like Starbucks is a good personal choice (which I'm personally observing as I posted yesterday)
Companies such as Starbucks and Ben and Jerry's make no bones about their progressive proclivities, it's what their image is all about. They put it out their for all to see and wear it like a badge of honor. Boycotting them wouldn't make much of an impact IMO. I've also swore off Starshcmucks. There are many Cuban owned mom-and-pop bodegas around Tampa whose coffee is just a good or better and much more reasonably priced. Besides, being the good little progressives they portray themselves to be, you'd think they would want us to BUY LOCALLY.

I have never patronized Starbucks, nor do I intend to. Ditto Ben and Jerry’s. And if someone told me that I had just ate Ben and Jerry’s ice cream, I would go to the nearest restroom and vomit it back up. That is how I feel about Starbucks and Ben and Jerry’s.
