It’s not a blight if you can’t see the car.
Just knowing that I had an unlicensed veh behind my house concealed by vegetation and land contours gave one of my neighbors trouble sleeping at night. I have “seasonal” vehicles that dont deserve insurance nor plates for 8 months of the year. Many people hate automobiles and the freedom they can provide.

Code Enforcement is the municipality’s answer to the Homeowners Association. They are both corrupt ways to get money out of residents. Both employ people who are leftovers from Nazi Germany!
