It doesn’t look like a flag, it doesn’t like anything particularly, just some Arabic words.
I shop regularly at a small Middle Eastern grocery, and there is lots of Arabic in it and on the outside, including fliers that people put up.
It’s all just squiggly gibberish.
Unless you happen to be me, and recognize patterns regardless of whether or not you know the language.
