Absolutely! You can count down to roughly 24 months before it hits the Supreme Court for episode two. “Happiness” is the deciding factor and you can’t deny me the right to have two or three wives.

The question will be...as the next case after that....can you even stop me at three wives or six wives? How will you determine any limit?

I’ll go ahead and predict by 2025....we’ve got a hundred guys around the US, who are married to twenty-plus women. All legit of course.

This is actually not as big a leap as same-sex “marriage” because polygamy, while illegal as far as being able to get a state license, actually has a meaning in language that would not be ignored and artificially altered, unlike the same-sex “marriage” ruling which required ignoring language.

They’ll probably be very wealthy men, just like those in Muslim countries who now have the maximum allowed four wives. Women and children are expensive.

Like Jeff Warren, Mormon. These are his wives, or most of them.

This is actually great news. It puts homosexual "marriage" on the back burner very quickly, and I wouldn't be surprised to see a lot of the same resentment against polygamists by homosexual activists that we've seen come to the surface against these sex-change stories in recent months.

My prediction is that within 5-10 years there will be so many freaks with bizarre relationships clamoring for recognition of their "marriages" that governments will be forced to concede that they can't even figure out who does or does not qualify for a "marriage license," and will stop even recognizing ANY form of marriage.

The IRS has no idea how convoluted and idiotic the term "married, filing jointly" is about to become.

Nor, by similar logic, deny a woman multiple husbands.

Chaos ensues.

Money, not happiness, was the deciding factor. Plus, Kennedy has been pro-SSM since his appointment to SCJ.
