Donald Trump bump terrifies GOP

Insiders worry the mogul will damage the eventual nominee and hurt a party struggling to connect with women and minorities.

All jokes aside, the Republican Party is officially afraid of Donald Trump.

He has virtually zero chance of winning the presidential nomination. But insiders worry that the loud-mouthed mogul is more than just a minor comedic nuisance on cable news; they fret that he’s a loose cannon whose rants about Mexicans and scorched-earth attacks on his rivals will damage the eventual nominee and hurt a party struggling to connect with women and minorities and desperate to win.

“Donald Trump is like watching a roadside accident,” said former George W. Bush press secretary Ari Fleischer. “Everybody pulls over to see the mess. And Trump thinks that’s entertainment. But running for president is serious. And the risk for the party is he tarnishes everybody.”

Its hard to hurt a party that has totally sold out to the other side for a plane ride on Airforce One.

Say what you will, but Trump has hit on several of my issues. He will NOT be owned by lobbyists or the COC crowd! I am tired of these worthless RINOs taking money and selling we the people down the drain. Who? Who else has the guts to do the right thing because he isn’t owned by them?

This is our last chance. If we elect a sell out, we are finished.

So a liberal, a man who wants to ban guns and said he identifies more as a democRAT, can say what you want to hear during an election and you are convinced he is a conservative?

I tend to look more at their history but if that does it for you ok.

As for who else, Ted Cruz is by far the most conservative candidate in the race. Is he perfect? No. No candidate ever is. But he is a conservative and he has never supported the Clintons. That's the best we're going to get. Oh, and he is not a clown. Trump is.

This is how I feel, exactly. I have stopped giving to the Republicans and only give to the Tea Party and individual conservative candidates.

GOP only uses our money to pick THEIR candidates. They use our own money against us. They give our money to the likes of McCollum or Boehner who then use it to be conservatives over the head. Then they pretend that they are a party with a broad following.

“Come out from among them.”

There is no way I will ever vote for this sideshow.

Ted Cruz REMAINS the only true Conservative in this race and the only person I will vote for. ANYONE less than Cruz will not get my vote.

If the rest of the so called conservative voters don’t get behind Cruz, as far as I am concerned the damn democrats can have the entire show.

This country is all but over.....this is no longer the America I knew. Cruz is the only man that might be able turn this mess around and he will only be able to do that with our help and support.

~~Cruz, OR LOSE~~ ~~Cruz, OR LOSE~~ ~~Cruz, OR LOSE~~ ~~Cruz, OR LOSE~~ ~~Cruz, OR LOSE~~ ~~Cruz, OR LOSE~~ ~~Cruz, OR LOSE~~ ~~Cruz, OR LOSE~~ ~~Cruz, OR LOSE~~ ~~Cruz, OR LOSE~~ ~~Cruz, OR LOSE~~ ~~Cruz, OR LOSE~~ ~~Cruz, OR LOSE~~ ~~Cruz, OR LOSE~~ ~~Cruz, OR LOSE~~ ~~Cruz, OR LOSE~~

I’m not idle. He has my support so far. He speaks to our dire issues. If we don’t stop importing people who take OUR jobs, we are done. No, I don’t agree on many of his social positions, but this country is in free fall and there are very serious issues just to survive as a nation. Think of the DC cesspool out. Think OCARE. Think IRS. Think DOE. Think DOJ. Think Justices. Think TPP, gone.

Illegals, GONE. Muslim terrorists, GONE. Departments squashed and many thrown out. Government regulations slashed so businesses in the USA might thrive once again. Think of a nation that loves it’s citizens.

Think Techies employed once again. Think of a middle class that is rapidly disappearing.

I work and try to exist on part-time work. I work hard and do my job. I want an opportunity for a full time job so that I can have disposable income and do things like help support this site. Perhaps enough left over to actually have some fun.

I want to feel safe once again. No more of this racist crap and anarchy. No more special interests. No more parasites destroying our rights.

The eGOP is terrified of Trump because Trump raises the America First! America Win! concepts while the eGOP sells American workers out to corporate interests.

“The GOP is the vehicle of conservatism today, like it or not”

Wrong. The eGOP is the vehicle of the Republican party, but it in no way carries, transports, hauls, trailers, cycles, or is a vehicle for conservatism in any way.

Big bump to your post.

There is a (huge) section of American businesses, involved in selling out America.

Huge.

Trump is all alone, standing up for America. But he’s standing up for America.

More power to him.

He tells you what you want to hear. The time you wasted writing to me would be better spent doing some actual research.

Trump is a lying unethical bottom feeder who changes positions more often than most people change their socks.

You may think it’s that simple but it’s not. There are many TEA Party conservatives who believe the very same way way. They see Trump for the liberal clown that he is. I know this to be true as I know many. Heck, there are many in this thread. It’s just not accurate to try to ascribe all the opposition to liberal Donald Trump as being the GOPe. Many, many conservatives oppose him. After all, the man did say he identifies more as a democRAT.

You have apparently missed my point. I know what he has said RECENTLY when he is a candidate wanting your vote. They all do that. I'm talking about his HISTORY.

He has said he supports the ban on "assault weapons". The man is a liberal and apparently doesn't realize there is no such thing as an "assault weapon". What a dumbass.

As recently as 2013 the man you are defending praised gun-grabbing New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg for his efforts to take America's guns. You can see that here.

Donald Trump Praises ‘Brilliant’ Mayor Bloomberg For ‘Putting His Money Where His Mouth Is’ On Guns

Support that if you choose. I'll support a real conservative.
