As the mainstream media takes a boisterous victory lap over the Supreme Court’s declaration of nationwide same-sex marriage, the Washington Post took the extra step of invoking the divine. Wonkblog’s Ana Swanson wrote: Senior White House official Betsey Stevenson, a member of the Council of Economic Advisers, captured what looked like a sign from the heavens on Friday at 11 a.m. Stevenson snapped a photo of a rainbow that had appeared over the White House.

My kids have pointed out to me that Satan can’t create anything, he can only steal and pervert what God has already created.
I find the use of the rainbow as a symbol of sodomy extremely offensive. It is a sign from God to remind us of His covenant with Noah. It should also remind us of the flood and His justice and holiness. Instead, most children are reminded of perversion.

I don’t think of it as hijacked. They use the symbol but they have no idea of it’s original purpose. I’m not surprised the Post mentioned a “double” rainbow.
I’m glad God is in control not me. This is a situation that would definitely cause me to have “second” thoughts about the promise not to destroy the world again with a flood.
Wouldn’t be the first time a hard rain fell on their exclusionary supremacist march.
I will say that when lightening bolts come down and turn it to rubble.

Yeah, I saw a double rainbow near my home today too......my interpretation: God says “Relax. I’m here. Hang in there - I will not be mocked.”
