I'm not the biggest Scott Walker fan, I prefer Ted Cruz, by a lot, that being said, I call B.S. on that post of yours.
This was the correct response and the correct goal, whether or not YOU think it will get ratified.
I'd bet if someone had said something similar about slavery in 1776, many would have stated the same pessimistic reply.
