Yup. I just finished an upgrade for my wife from a low end Delton. Replaced the commercial buffer tube with mil-spec to handle the Muddy Girl furniture. This evening I built a new upper with the dust cover, forward assist and gas deflector missing from the low end Delton upper. I swapped the barrel after dinner. All ready. Fits perfectly. Upgrade parts cost was about $130. My tool box is now fully equipped. I'm building a new lower from a stripped base and parts tomorrow evening.
