The ruling by SCOTUS now legalizing homosexual marriage opens a very dangerous door.
The church will be attacked next....and very soon. Mark my words. There will be text cases where homosexual "couples" will go to conservative Bible believing churches and ask to be married there.
They will be denied, hopefully, and then the church will be sued for denying Constitutional rights. Will the pastor go to jail? Will the church lose its tax exempt status?
It has been the goal of the homosexual community to have the stigma of their lifestyle as accepted by the church.
Satan is moving fast.
Christians....get on your knees and be in fervent prayer.
That is indeed the solution. Churches will have to explicitly separate the religious from the civil ceremony. In principle, the civil “ceremony” is nothing more than signing a contract.
It’s OVER! The United States will be gone in less than three years. It will break up like the old Soviet Union.
Several of the “blue” states will likely become Canadian provinces. California will probably re-join with Mexico. But Texas will almost certainly partner with other states to form a new CHRISTIAN republic.
What happens to the rest of the former USA is anybody’s guess. We’ll be very lucky if Russia doesn’t try to re-take Alaska and colonize the Washington State and Oregon.
Hawaii might well try to re-assert independence, but would almost certainly fall under the suzerainty of China if it did.

It won’t be that easy. Then the church will be treated like any other business and fined or shut down for “discrimination.” We will soon be like China where there is an official church that teaches the party line and illegal, underground churches. Anyone involved in an “illegal” church here in the Peoples’ Republic of Amerika will lose their jobs even in most private companies since many businesses are run by corporate socialists. No one in a soon to be illegal church will be alowed to be in the military, the civil service, etc.

Not necessarily. The church can change the rules so that they only marry members in good standing who are not living together.
One of my friends had to get married in a different church because he and his GF were living together and their pastor refused to marry them.
Catholics under this Pope is rapidly embracing Satan, so they will definitely marry gays.
I laugh at what this FAGWA will bring them. It’s just more money for divorce lawyers.
Many churches will stop offering state marriage licenses all together, and will offer only religious ceremonies.
It’s going to beceome a lot tougher to be a church that sits on the fence.

Nobody cares if you do that, but people won’t do it, even George Washington was focused on making sure that his marriage was totally legal and not just a religious ceremony shared by him and Martha.
Not many people care to have a marriage that isn’t a legal marriage, for instance military people, what are they supposed to do?
Yep, the SC just ruled that states rights mean nothing and that marriage is a federal issue.
Well that would be true if the couple’s in question do not also dot their “i”s and cross their “t”s with the courts, which they already have to do this is just adding in a step on the civil side which is currently optional.
We know how this ends. We can read God’s Word and know how this ends. Many of us have known it for a life time, and the only question was would it happen in our lifetime or not? I’m 56 years old.... I’d say my timeline is really close. We Christians need to focus on God, and our relationship with him. God’s church needs to be purified. It is going to happen. We should be excited that the time of his return is all the more closer.
Not all Catholics are in agreement with this Pope, or “embracing Satan”.
According to supreme court precidence, there are no laws. And without the law, there is no nation.
That’s not going to do it. Plenty of gay people go to church.
This was always the plan, the destruction of Christianity.
The States should just get out of the marriage business and tell the gays to go to the federal court house to get married.
I can see that type of scenario developing.
