I used to worry about what would happen if Thomas, Scalia or Alito were to die with a lib president in office. Doesn’t really matter now. Their votes/opinions are irrelevant in the current makeup of the SCOTUS. Might as well have 9 Kagans and Sotomayors.
I am guessing those Conservatives may retire rather than continue to participate in these charades.
Agreed. SCOTUS will never be Conservative again (if it ever was)
