Friend Of Man Who Shot Detective Says He Didn’t Do Anything Wrong: ‘He Just Shot A Cop’
Daily Caller ^ | June 25, 2015 | Chuck Ross

The friend of a convicted felon who shot a Milwaukee-area police detective last week is defending him by saying he did no wrong because all he did was shoot a cop.

Najee Harmon, 20, was arrested after shooting a 52-year-old Wauwatosa police detective in a parking lot Friday morning. Harmon opened fire as the detective and two others on the Wauwatosa police force approached him while investigating a burglary.

A longtime friend of Harmon’s who lived in the house where he was eventually found defended the suspect.

“I’m going to keep loving him,” Stephanie King told WISN.

Because to me he ain’t do no wrong — he just shot a cop,” she added. “And then everybody comes around when they shoot a cop. But when the cop shoots people, do they come around?”

Harmon has a lengthy rap sheet that includes at least two felony charges. In 2011, Harmon and some accomplices knocked out a student at a bus stop and stole his phone, WISN reported. In 2012, Harmon and a group of men beat up a man and stole his headphones.

And days before shooting the detective, Harmon held a gun to a woman’s head and stole her wallet.

None of that phased King, who admitted that she knew Harmon was being sought by police following the shooting but declined to turn him.

“He’s a good friend of ours,” King said. “I’m not going to throw him to the wolves.”

The wounded officer, a 25-year veteran of the police force, underwent surgery and is expected to survive.

Of course, this POS is probably getting multiple forms of Welfare, paid for by the taxes paid by you, me and the shot police officer all pay.

Cops need to get smart. Have 3-5 National Blue Flu days. Simply call in sick and provide no police services in the neighborhoods where they are not wanted.

Why risk your life trying to protect people who don't want your protection? If they want the Law of the Jungle, let them have it.

BTW, there is video of this bitch at the link.

“And all I ever did was shoot a deputy down.”

Cop was probably wearing a Battle Flag on his uniform or the roof of his car.

In Wisconsin?

Of course, that would have justified it!

If they want the Law of the Jungle, let them have it.

Then why not ship them off to a jungle where they can't contaminate the rest of us?

Much depends on the circumstance, and the circumstances would have to be mighty unusual to justify this action. I have a pretty strong feeling that in this case "just shooting a cop" was not justified.

They already live in one (Detroit, Chicago, Baltimore, etc)

"Naw, I wasn't hargering no foojative"

Richard Herrnstein and Charles Murray wrote a book about Stephanie King.

Oh I agree, but it's what we have. AND it's going to get worse. The 0bama administration is going to farm out section 8 housing into middle and upper class neighborhoods (article)

Let them have at it. I am fed up with this BS. Evidently, whites are still keeping blacks down in the country on purpose.

You know the statistics, 13% causing 54% of crime. And these crimes are not politicized like the rare white on black crime.

When i was a little girl, I prayed to God really hard that race relations would be settled by the time I grew up. I still pray and still hope for their success. But these types would not understand the language I speak. My heart breaks. The sociopath in the WH is a very sick individual.

I fully support the cops (Law Enforcement) but let's be clear. The police are not hired to "protect" me, you, or anyone else. They are hired to simply enforce the law, hence the title Law Enforcement Officer.
I would ask my Freeper friends to ponder this. Think of police officers as law enforcement and not protector. This will have the following effects:
1. You will realize that YOU are responsible for your own protection
2. The police are not your dad or mom who will protect you from the bad guys.
3. That is not their role, nor their job. Nor do they have ANY obligation to protect you.
They have no jurisdiction to protect you but to only enforce the law.

What does that have to do with the “It’s Ok to shoot a cop” mentality of this woman?

I'm sorry. I failed to quote the reason for my post.
Why risk your life trying to protect people who don't want your protection?
This line was what I was referring to.
When you see the police as law enforcement instead of protector, it is easier to grasp why the criminal element (and perpetual low lifes) does not value the life of a cop.
The police should not expect any help or cooperation from these sewer rats. To them, the police are the enemy. To the rest of civil society, these sewer rats are OUR enemy and should be treated as such.

A 19 year old with two felony convictions wanted for a burglary.

That pretty well addressed the “circumstances,” does it not?

In addition, the woman in question didn’t care about the “circumstances.” Perp shot a cop. That’s all she needed to know. That’s Ok with her.
