Come now, was anyone expecting the court would do the right thing?

That little bitch Roberts already decided to uphold Obamacare 3 years ago, and he shamed himself by twisting the Constitution into a tortured little ball to do it. Why in the world would he choose to neuter it now? He already invented a reason to keep it once and will keep inventing reasons. The only thing different is that the other sissy moderate, Kennedy (who last time wrote the dissent), joined him this time.

A legislative repeal, rammed through a Republican Congress by any means necessary and signed by a Republican President, is and has been the only hope to get rid of Obamacare, the court made clear 3 years ago that they weren’t gonna do it.

I was hopeful. John Roberts feared repercussions from an overturning, even though that is meant to be dealt with in the political arena. He also doesn’t want to be seen as a partisan judge. I don’t see any of the Democrat-appointed judges worrying about that.

Supporters of traditional marriage are increasingly resigned to losing the June 28 case.

We need to get the White House back next year. Antonin Scalia and Anthony Kennedy are getting up in years and the nation can’t afford to have them replaced by a Democrat.
