God willing.
Sometimes we label sections of the country as not worth existing, such as California with their fruits and nuts, and say we hope California falls in the ocean due to an earthquake. Our own Jim Robinson, who owns this website, lives in California. We have friends in California who aren't fruits and nuts. We need to remember there are worthwhile people in every state, every city.
New York City gets dumped on all the time with phrases such as “they deserve what they get”. Well, when the bad hurricane hit New York City, (who cares what happens to New York City, right?), there was a little old lady who lived high up in an apartment building and she had no water.
Let me stop here and say not every person is a prepper; many have never heard of, or thought of, preparing for an emergency. They have trusted water and food to be there.
So, here is this little old lady who has no water. She had to walk down floor after floor to get to the bottom and hope someone there had water. I had plenty of water and food, will always have water and food due to my preps, and I couldn't help her. All my water/food wasn't going to get to her. I had tears in my eyes because I couldn't go up those stairs and help her.
I didn't know if she voted Democrat every time she voted but I did know she would have died if she didn't get water. Once she had some water, she couldn't get back to her apartment because she couldn't walk up all those stairs. Now, someone may say she should have thought of that and not lived there. We don't know people's circumstances as to why they live where they live. We just have to forget criticizing where someone lives, and help when we can.
There will be another emergency due to weather somewhere in this country time after time. There may be an attack by terrorists in one of our cities - there will be good people there no matter which city it is.
We value human life given by God.

This is not the same country we grew up in....
Amen Marcella. Christians can not ignore the need in this world for kindness and assistance whenever possible.
Well said (as usual),Marcella. Sometimes, a person will express frustration by making broad statements. I’m unfamiliar with the writer of that post and don’t intend to expend any time researching it. Just thinkin’....
Most of us very angry. Let’s make certain that we’re on the same page so that we can channel that energy constructively. Their objective is to encourage divisiveness to discourage unity within the populace.
