The Bandidos Motorcycle Club called Monday for Waco police to share video and autopsy reports relating to a bloody melee that left nine people dead, 18 injured and 177 arrested.
In a statement, Stephen Stubbs, an attorney representing the club, accuses the Waco Police Department of repeatedly misleading the press and public with false information and withholding evidence from the deadly shooting at Twin Peaks.
The release of the video and/or autopsy reports would simply clear up rampant misinformation, Stubbs statement read. If the Waco Police Department didn't want to interfere with the investigation or influence a potential jury pool, it should not have released its false narrative in the first place and instead should have stayed silent during the entirety of the investigation.

I know from personal experience and you don't. I lived it...so, STFU, unless your a member or lowly "prospect" of those murderous a-holes. If you are the above, please explain why they are worth defending and why you're on this board?
All those A-holes have their own sites, especially the admired Hells Angels. F*ck them also.
Okay. Include me in that hyperbolic name. I will call you and others "Outlaw Sycophants". How fun to call each other names. Still, I have personal experience and you don't about outlaw bikers as stated above. F*cking deal with it or tell me your close-up personal relations with those scum. Give me specifics and what gangs you were associated with.
Sad that you would actually believe that statement. After all, an outlaw biker leader wouldn't lie. And Obama said, "You can keep your Doctor". Did you buy that? Do you believe everything said by a leader of an organization? I don't. I watch actions and 1%ers are murderous thugs as proven by numerous convictions via clandestine videos and recordings. Why are you attempting to give them ANY credit?
I know and you don't.
Let me elaborate further. You're talking apples and oranges. While I didn't mention States' or local rights, you should have known my intent. You extrapolate to the extreme with your "unrestrained and arbitrary authority" regarding 1%er bikers.
The 9th and 10th Amendments gives authority to the States in all state and local criminal matters. Every State in the Union has their own Constitution and Codes. The outlaw gangs come under State authority unless a Fedgov matter like kidnapping. Not sure that should be federal either. Way to many over-zealous agencies.
You should do some research on my handle and posts. I've always been a States rights advocate first. Research VetsCor and then tell me I'm "arbitrary" and "trampling" the Constitution. Hell, I Chaired an organization for restoration of our Constitution. You can't be more wrong. Sheesh, send a message to JimRob and ask him about my bona-fides.
I'm just flabbergasted at you and others who are trying make this a 1st Amendment issue for the protection of criminal organizations. We are ALL talking about murdering thugs here. What part of the word "murder" don't you get? It's been proven time and time and time again how these 1%ers operate and been convicted of such crimes, not to mention extortion, heroin-running, etc. You actually believe the president of the Bandidos? Wow!
How many times do I have to say I've had close contact with these A-holes through the years? Have you? Tell me so and which club in what years and region. If not, you have no damn clue how bad they are. You'd all be wise to STFU from here out.
E S and D
Sorry, I don't know what that means.
It's actually a slanted SS Gestapo logo that many hard-core outlaw bikers wear along with the Iron Cross and Swastika.
It's getting late and I'm an old guy and getting tired, but still can't believe some are defending the 1%er's (outlaw) right to free expression/assembly. They should all go the way of the Mafia. Many do according to the History Channel. Some still want to ignore those under-cover agents busting the gawd-awful murderous bikers. Guess I should leave them in their mis-placed innocence.
After all, I'm an anti-1st Amendment person according to their twisted beliefs. Take care and thank you for recognizing who are the bad guys.
Hang in there..I have appreciated your first hand knowledge of 1%ers.
And the rubber stamp affidavits and $1,000,000 don't seem a little suspect to you? How are those NOT clearly in violations of Amendments 4 and 8?
Too funny. Son; I know more about bikers and club life than you ever will.
This isn’t about that. This about what happened that day, why 27 people were shot, and why 177 were arrested with an out of this world bail amount. Unless something changed; Texas is still part of America and is bound by the same Constitution the rest of the country is.
The fact that you think it’s ok for cops to wade into a situation knowing nothing about it with guns blazing tells me you are likely a jack booted thug and future enemy of American citizens.
You have zero room to criticize any bikers.
“That is ONE snarky post!”
————————————/
Doesn’t feel good does it.
What benefit of doubt? Oh, like "innocent until proven guilty"? That doubt?
And, while we are at it, do you endorse calling we who swore the Oath of enlistment an Obama Bootlicker?
Wrong. What is rejected is slandering of Freepers (calling them "supporters of outlaws" and Obama Bootlicker
The insults have flowns both ways. Name calling by anyone does not advance the discussion or reveal the facts.
There is a difference in intemperate language “in the heat of the moment” and a constant and unrelenting stream of slander.
Perhaps calling someone a troll constantly provokes.
Stop and see if that helps the discussion..Just a thought.
You wanna talk about provocation?
I got provocation.
Right here
If you cannot see that for what it is, I can't help you.
I read it...It’s almost as bad as calling someone a Stalinist.
I can’t find that post right now.
None of this does anything but inflame.
I was only told I was an enemy of freedom and I stink..LOL
...like the tattoo on the left guys elbow and the patch on the right guys vest.
