The Bandidos Motorcycle Club called Monday for Waco police to share video and autopsy reports relating to a bloody melee that left nine people dead, 18 injured and 177 arrested.
In a statement, Stephen Stubbs, an attorney representing the club, accuses the Waco Police Department of repeatedly misleading the press and public with false information and withholding evidence from the deadly shooting at Twin Peaks.
The release of the video and/or autopsy reports would simply clear up rampant misinformation, Stubbs statement read. If the Waco Police Department didn't want to interfere with the investigation or influence a potential jury pool, it should not have released its false narrative in the first place and instead should have stayed silent during the entirety of the investigation.

“And C, how many of these weapons were used in self-defense?”
http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/SOTWDocs/PE/htm/PE.9.htm
“How many rounds were fired by the BATFE, and other government agencies present?”
As far as I know, none. WPD has stated that they have recovered 44 casings of which 12 were WPD and that the majority of firings were by bikers.
“Well all these groups seem to include both criminal with non-criminal people and clubs. You have tried to assert than anyone attending is a criminal, but you are having a hard time selling that. “
I have never asserted any such thing. In fact I have posted several times that many bikers not in the criminal gangs were release the same day without arrest.
The Bandidos? Bandidos??
Is this how they spell Bandito? Hmmm.
Anyhoo, the Bandidos or Banditos are the least of my worries here. As noted in earlier press and police reports, I am truly afraid the dreaded BLACK WIDOWS are going to get involved.
At that rate how long would it take to burn through a billion rounds?
>>> And C, how many of these weapons were used in self-defense? <<<
Well, that was a meaningless link to the state law since the LEOs still haven’t released the videos to show what happened.
Doncha know? The BLACK WIDOWS were the ones did all the shooting!
“Regardless of who exactly these people were, even accused criminals have rights in our system”
As I understand, the bikers are being given their rights.
Lawyers are representing them, they are filing Habeas Corpus and bond reduction hearings. Many are already out on bond.
Rights which tyrants loathe. Rights which MUST be protected for the vilest among us.
There is a mental disconnect on the threads when we see insistence on these rights equated with "supporting" outlaw criminal gangs."
Here of ALL places. Things that make you go, Hmmmmm.
Lawyers who represent criminal organizations don’t tend to be the most ethical.
They’re more ethical than the ones who go into politics, as a general rule...
“There is a mental disconnect on the threads when we see insistence on these rights equated with “supporting” outlaw criminal gangs.”
I have never seen that on these threads. What I have seen is a bunch of boloney about how these biker gangs are really nice family men out on a Sunday ride to a Breastaurant.

Two things I've learned about motorcycle clubs.
1. The vast majority are good fun decent citizens that come from all walks of life and never cause problems, witness yearly Rolling Thunder. They may look imposing, but unless they are wearing a patch, they are mostly good ole boys looking to ride and party.
2. Anyone who sports a 1% badge should be avoided at all costs. Every time I went to a biker event, if the 1%ers showed up, I left. There is reason they are called 1%ers. They are mean, vicious, cruel, territorial, drug-dealing outlaws. Watch the History Channel Gangland series for conformation which has under-cover LEO infiltrators describing just how bad they can be.
Want some history on the Hells Angels as I know it? Or you can Google.

I agree with your post but from what I see there are motorcycle clubs and riding clubs. The motorcycle clubs wear the MC patch and are the bad actors.
“Want some history on the Hells Angels as I know it? Or you can Google.”
I have posted links to a couple of the good ones. Like the Pagan/HA war in Philly.
What the Banditos are upset about was missing the afternoon fund raiser for the FOP. They just got.their little outfits and costumes back from.the cleaners. All dressed up and nowhere to go.
Maybe later - after we have learned what happened in Waco on 5/17/15 and exactly why 177 (115 with no criminal convictions) were mass arrested under rubber stamp affidavits, charged with a conspiracy charge and held on $1,000,000 for weeks.
And after we see who is charged with committing assault, murder, etc.
That's a better way of explaining the difference - think Harley Owners Group (HOG) which is benign riding club that is sponsored by Harley-Davidson. They are a charitable organization. Then you have Patriot Guard Riders who are invited to our military/veteran funerals (I'm a memeber) Also, there are a couple of Christian MC's and a few others that have been given permission by the 1%ers to wear patches with rockers and the MC patch.
Again, those who wear a 1% patch are the worse. They even have small patches for those who have killed. Forgot what it looks like, but I think resembles the SS gestapo insignia. I'm losing track, but check out the History Channel Gangland.
