Prayers for the officer’s family. The perp is evil, I suspect this isn’t his first use of deadly force for no good reason. Wonder whose gun was discharged.

It would have to be the officers, right? If this guy was handcuffed and in a patrol car, I would have to assume it is protocol to search for weapons prior to placing him in the vehicle. How he got out of handcuffs is beyond me though....
