So with obummer releasing tens of thousands of illegals with violent criminal records from jail, the constant threat of some idiot jihadist, and just the average nut job out there; he actually thinks we should now give up the one thing that can save our lives? Wow! Just Wow!.
My “go to” guy for advice on gun legislation isn’t someone whose only major talent is writing books about vampires...entertaining as they may be.

If you count suicides, which account for roughly 2/3’s of gun-related deaths each year, maybe. That’s tragic, but it’s not the same thing at all as what is going on in the streets of Chicago and what that maniac did to those poor people in Charleston.
Also, you don’t need a semi-auto to commit suicide, so banning semi-autos wouldn’t change that suicide number. A revolver, shotgun, or your family’s ancestral Arquebus will all do the trick just as well.
The killers at Columbine, and thus all the school shootings after, were directly inspired by King’s story “Rage” about a loser who takes out being bullied in a massive school shooting.
In fact several of the killers have had the story on their person. The book is now not in print because so many loons got inspired by it,
The fact King gave so many school shooters inspiration and the idea is why he is so vocal.

He has diarrhea of the mouth. Unreadable. He had one guy or another “puking” nearly every page of the last book of his I tried to read. After about 50 pukes I put the book down, haven’t read a thing of his since.
