It’s perfectly obvious they will spin themselves as simply trying to slow down illegal gun sales. Is that true?
Don’t know. I do know that they aren’t going to get up there on the stand and testify truthfully about what their real goals were. Not if there’s anything devious about them.

does happen in "advanced" countries. Second, he implies that the United States is an "advanced" country from sea to shining sea. Hardly.

Not trying to trivialize tragedy, but since the gun grabbers started it - remember when the NRA president stated that the only protection against a bad guy with a gun was a good guy with a gun....and he was mocked for being a simple minded moron? The death toll in this shooting was 2:

It had the potential to be much higher - there were thousands of people in that church, and the only limiting factor was how much ammunition the bad guy was carrying. Oh...and an armed security guard.
Now every church can’t afford security. But perhaps its time to consider letting good guys carry guns everywhere, even in a SC church.

Anymore than the gift of a.45 to the idiot in Charleston caused the murder of those people.No, it didn't cause it, but dad may have bigger problems than being an idiot. The kids
lawyer is describing him as "Just a normal kid", the lawyer representing him on a possession of a controlled substance charge dating to March. I doubt he could have legally made the purchase (addiction?, charged with crime over one year sentence?) which means dad is going to have a problem.
