The controversy over the Waco 170 continues as mre info comes out about the people who were arrested after the deadly May 15th shooting incident outside a biker event in Waco, Texas.
Now with this exclusive interview with one of the arrested, you can make up your own mind.
Did the Waco police overstep their authority and arrest innocent people? Or did they do the right thing and bust over 170 dangerous bikers?
Its one thing to read about it. Watch our interview with Matt Clendennen and if you can figure out whos telling the truth: the police or the bikers?

Sounds like the police have some kind of Janet Reno syndrome left over from that last fiasco that came to town, they just wanted to squash everything before it became front page news all over the world.
So you’re saying that the cops should have given these hundreds of bikers the chance to kill each other before opening fire? Look, I wasn’t there. I get it. But there are two choices here: have the cops there or don’t have them there. Which sounds better to you if your family was in the restaurant eating when all of this occurred.
Americans would be well served to question and be cynical and skeptical of everything the media and their hired hand pundits and zealots in government say, because they are more likely to thrive on power instead of serving the people.
It might do you some good to understand what a CoC meeting actually is before shooting off your mouth.
Lo-fo’s showing up. Time will tell if they descend to troll status.
A peaceful meeting on neutral ground in order to discuss business? But then everyone decided to show up. Wanna-be weekend bikers and the hard core guys. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
I carry a penknife, a large folding jack knife, and a multi-tool on me all the time, as does most every Western man I know. That's three 'weapons' right there.
It is a caution.
That would change my viewpoint about it all.
It's just mind boggling to me that weekend riders would go to an event like this and be shocked, SHOCKED! that a brawl breaks out. And guess what, when you are wearing the same jacket and patches that career criminals and convicted felons are wearing and 9 people are dead, expect to get locked up.
Exactly... and hundreds of them go off without a hitch every year. It is a political rally and information tool... Quite like TEA Parties, albeit with a bit rougher edge.
You don't know what you're talking about.
You ought to really think before ya hit the post button.
Different trolls, same tune on this incident.
It’s sad, to be honest.
There were two hundred at McKinney at the “pool party”...
Not a crime.
Hes a father with a job and a degree.
So, he is not allowed to ride a motorcycle with other people on a weekend afternoon?
Are jobless uneducated bachelors allowed to? Just trying to determine how little freedom people are allowed to have, and who's allowed to have it in thefactor's America. I'm sure police riding motorcycles and belonging to criminal gangs like the International Union of Police Associations is OK.
Good for you buddy. So how about you DONT go to a massive meeting of known criminal biker gangs.
Not a crime.
Is that too difficult to understand?
This is America. Is that too difficult to understand?
And he admitted that he wears the rockers of the club.
Not a crime.
Hes a member.
Not a crime.
So, sorry buddy. You and your three friends may not be criminals but other members of your gang are.
Not a crime to have criminal friends.
And they brought hundreds of weapons to a public place and a brawl broke out.
The Second Amendment says you may have guns. In a public place. Even if a brawl breaks out. And the "hundreds of guns" has been substantiated by NO ONE.
So let me reiterate: Not a crime.
Maybe he should be thanking the police for stopping the criminals who may have ended up killing him.
It appears the only people who ended up killing anyone are the police. He should certainly be thankful to Someone that he wasn't killed by the police.
Fighting is not a capital crime. There is no indication the police were threatened; only conflicting stories. There is no indication that any innocent bystanders were harmed. We have a bunch of dead people who appear to have been shot by police. Pretending that this isn't suspicious is ridiculous.
And that’s all well and good. But all you need is for ONE of these meetings to go bad. You’re tempting fate by bringing such a large number of these guys together.
Being skeptical about the police party line doesn't mean anyone credits the media.
12 police, 32 others, unknown number of expended rounds in an unstated number of revolvers seized as evidence.
But this guy is an idiot for acting so surprised that we was arrested. There was plenty of probable cause to arrests everyone wearing patches that day. Lots of not guilty people are arrested. It's part of the system.
