This article provides the data you were asking for.

No it does not.

Read it for yourself.

You've provided hard-data on about 750 US Employees that were replaced by H1-B visas (Disney and SCE) and then what can only be called anecdotal evidence that provides no other numbers.

This is not proof of a wide-scale IT industry problem with H1-B visas.

We could just as easily take my 20+ years of experience working in IT as proof that it is not a problem, but that is anecdotal as well. I have worked for Bank of America, New Century Mortgage, Experian, American Express, and several medium and several small sized corporations and HAVE NEVER seen this problem. But this is just anecdotal evidence much as what is provided by this article.

I know right now, that if you have any experience in Software Development in the L.A. Metro area and show a demonstrated, professional work history, you can find a job. Want to know how I know that?

Each and every day I receive, at the minimum, at least 5 job emails for positions I can fill in my area.

If you want to prove your position on H1-B visas you are going to have to provide hard proof.

Declarative statements don't prove a thing.
