Clinton: The Baltimore thing came on the heels of what happened in Ferguson, what happened in New York City and all these other places. And there is a big national movement about whether the lives of young African-American men count.
CNN anchor Jake Tapper: Black Lives Matter, yeah.
Clinton: Yeah. You can't have a bunch of people walking around with guns. I used to tell people when we did Bosnia, Kosovo, anything like that: You get enough people with weapons around, and there will be unintended consequences. People make mistakes. People do wrong. Things happen.

Those groups were hitting the willing press on those issues during the debate for Constitutional Carry (it passed the House and Senate with over 2/3 majorities). Luckily in our state it is really difficult to put an initiative on the ballot so groups getting an intergalactic background check up for a vote is not going to happen. At least in the foreseeable future as it takes a 2/3 legislative vote to do so.
“”when we did Bosnia, Kosovo, anything like that””
I thought that was odd phrasing also. “WE DID BOSNIA, KOSOVO?” Has he lost the ability to speak coherently?
Did you hear him the other day when he was asked about his wife’s trustworthiness - “I would trust Hillary with my life.” What a naïve, clueless boob! If he wants to trust her, that’s his business but why on earth would any NORMAL person trust her?
Pretty simple here in NV. If they can get enough signatures on the petition, a percentage of the votes from each district during the last (s)election, it gets on the ballot. The momunists got twice as many as needed. Of course the promise was that if it passes, there will never, ever, ever be another gun related death anywhere in the state. Ever. And of course the signers were/are to stupid to do any research on the actual initiative. “Sounds good to me. Where do I sign?” Pathetic. There was evidence of out of state paid signature collectors but the AG denied an attempt to look in to that.
I believe open carry goes into effect in September as state bills in Texas usually do. Gov. Abbot merely signed it.
Holder sent a letter to the Kansas Attorney General stating the bill was unconstitutional. Our AG responded in a letter "see you in court."
Ferguson? Where ‘black thug lives matter’ but ‘white cops lives don’t matter’? Yeah, that’s the ticket.
Let’s all compete to see who can be the most PC. CNN being the most shallow is the most PC... they win. CNN must be soooooo proud.
Don’t know why but I expected more of Jake Tapper...
Bill Clinton's stroll through London (as ex-Pres.) had more in common with Quentin Tarantino's Reservoir Dogs than a low-key shopping outing....has 20 armed security at any given time.
But then Slick Willy has his own ways of being a "Body Guard" barehanded....
It is funny that dictators always fear that justice will catch up with them.
A good government need not fear its citizens.
Hey, Clinton...people, especially women, need guns to protect themselves from sexual predators like you and your faux wife.
LOL - yep. None of us would need guns if we had twenty bodyguards night and day...
Michigan has always had open carry, constitutionally speaking. Not many knew or practiced it until the concelled carry law relaxed. Now we have had a smattering of incedents where the police have harassed citizens legally carrying and gotten spanked. We are picking up momentum for constitional carry.
In Baltimordor, only the criminals get to walk around with guns.
Maryland “Freak State” DANG!
XXXlintoon Nanny State and General PING!
hat a remarkable brain trust we have here huh
there exists a Clinton FOundation...thats a given.
there will not.. and can not be a Clinton Brain Trust.
Bill would require far more GRAY MATTER than that whole family posesses to make up for that statement alone
Indeed, instead they need to be flying off to Pedo Island with their dicks hanging out.
Thanks for the ping!
Yeah, some cops are gonna flip out.
I myself will continue to conceal when in town.
