The court should demand the emails as they are. Its not that many really. Judicial Watch would be happy to have a small team of people sort them out in a day or two.

You’re absolutely right — this is just a delaying tactic so that the agency can “sanitize” the emails.

EXACTLY right. I worked for the IRS for 14 years, I saw them routinely alter official documents to remove incriminating evidence, and ordered employess to do the same. I wouldn't, so guess what happened to me. The fish stinks from the head down.
