The Internal Revenue Service found 6,400 more Lois Lerner emails but theyre not handing them over in court.
The IRS latest excuses are nothing short of infuriating.
Department of Justice lawyers Geoffrey J. Klimas and Stephanie Sasarak, acting as counsel for the IRS, submitted a U.S. District Court filing June 12 in the case Judicial Watch v. Internal Revenue Service. The court filing, provided to The Daily Caller, claims the IRS received new Lerner emails from the Treasury Departments inspector general (TIGTA) but cant fork over the emails to Judicial Watch, a nonprofit group suing to get the emails. Why? Because the IRS is busy making sure that none of the emails are duplicates you know, so as not to waste anyones time.

JW should file another FOIA request, for the duplicate emails being culled from this batch.

EXACTLY right. I worked for the IRS for 14 years, I saw them routinely alter official documents to remove incriminating evidence, and ordered employess to do the same. I wouldn't, so guess what happened to me. The fish stinks from the head down.
If it were you or I not cooperating, we’d be thrown behind bars.
Kneel! Kneel you filthy taxpayer scum, before your government employee masters! Provide them with fragrant offerings of bonuses and bribes lest they strike you down!
Go to jail, go directly to jail.....
See pic in post #15...add to the collection.
I would have said firing squad, to get their attention. Prison would imply a pardon would negate any punishment, and, Obummer would be all to compliant.
If Franz Kafka was writing about the US “government” of the past 6+ year, he could simply stick to factual reporting.
