"Four weeks after the deadly May 17th shooting incident outside a Waco Twin Peaks restaurant, more details have come out concerning the incident, but significant questions still remain about the actions taken by law enforcement and the polices account of what transpired.
Although the national mainstream media has largely moved on from the Waco story, if critics of the police are correct, the incident represents an unprecedented civil rights violation and media cover-up campaign by the Waco authorities....
...In a statement on Friday, the police said that of 16 officers that were in the parking lot, only three fired a total of 12 shots. However, the statement still didnt clarify how many of the bikers were killed by police. Authorities say they have not recieved final autopsy results that would clarify ballistics...."

Imagine if it were bloods and crips. White lives dont matter.
I have such a HARD time believing three guys fired 12 shots and that was it.
And 200 people on one million bond? was this practice for something bigger?
now i’ll take my tin foil hat off.
I don’t give a damn about bikers, but imagine if they were black. The media would still be in an uproar.
FYI
The discovery of only 12 spent AR cartridge cases doesn’t really mean all that much. Anybody who ‘s into shooting AR type rifles knows it’s possible to buy a cartridge catching bag that attaches to a rifle’s receiver. Makes collecting spent cases for reloading an awful lot easier. Naturally, such a bag could just as easily be used to catch spent cartridges to keep them from being used as evidence in a likely massacre.
“...I have such a HARD time believing three guys fired 12 shots and that was it....”
****************************************************************************************************
I have a pretty hard time believing that also. Perhaps the snipers fired “magic bullets”. :^)
The article says: “...the statement still didnt clarify how many of the bikers were killed by police. Authorities say they have not recieved final autopsy results that would clarify ballistics....”
Autopsy results rarely take four weeks as far as I know. Sometimes they may take awhile if they are waiting for toxicology test results...but those toxicology tests sure as hell would not “clarify ballistics”.
I would think the feds (assuming the spent bullets recovered from the scene, from the dead bikers and from the wounded bikers were went to them for the ballistics tests) could have completed their tests (and reports) by now. Unless, of course, the feds are not liking the results and shift into foot-dragging mode.
or maybe the feds just dont care because they were bikers.
I cant believe this hasn’t been in the news night and day.
9 men died!! 200 on a million dollar bond!!
imagine if 200 bloods and crips were rounded up that way? It is very unsettling.
I keep wondering if any of the deceased will be "accidentally" cremated, before being handed over to their next of kin.
Know what I mean?
With regard to the mass arrests:
A motorcycle club’s ‘colors’ can refer to either the back patch worn by club members or the dominant color combination on those back patches.
A ‘patch’ can refer to either a back patch or a ‘cut patch’ (aka: ‘cut’). A cut was originally a cut-off piece of a back patch that was given to a non-member as a recognition that the receiver was ‘OK’ and/or a friend of a member. The ‘cut’ has since evolved into a separate smaller patch with some kind of logo and club colors.
An ‘affiliated club’ may or may not be a ‘prospect club’. A ‘prospect club’ is one that is directly connected to the major club and has a similar connotation to the ‘junior varsity’ where potential members and wannabes are sorted out.
Only club members wear a back patch. Folks with a cut patch are not members of the club nor are they ‘prospects’. They’re just random folks who know somebody in a club.
(Please note that I may be bit out of date on these terms but only by a decade or so.)
= = = = = =
What the Waco cops have done is to grab anyone ‘patched’ or ‘cut’ claiming that wearing either shows ‘gang membership’ and that is simply not true. They’re relying on the ignorance and bias of the public to get away with a major civil rights violation.
So, we have a situation where the Waco police have arrested a bunch of folks based on their clothing accessories and in violation of the First Amendment gurantees of freedom to assemble and freedom of expression.
Where they might have justification for patched club members involved in the fighting, there is no justification for arresting folks with only a cut patch.
One example of how the police seem to have ignored the line between biker groups with known criminal connections, and non-criminal motorcyclists, involves four men from the Austin area who were part of a motorcycle club called the Grim Guardians: Juan Garcia, Drew King, Jim Harris and Bonar Crump.
There is nothing at all to indicate the Grim Guardians are anything more than what they claim to be: a group of Christian motorcyclists committed to helping children. Austin police do not have the Grim Guardians listed as a criminal biker gang...
...Nor do the Grim Guardians backgrounds indicate criminality. Garcia has an engineering degree and worked for the city of Austin. Crump graduated from Baylor University with a degree in English, and from Oklahoma Baptist University with a history degree, and he owns his own business.
Very well put.
In fact a noted expert on the subject, a Ms. Dolezal, informs us that 93% of these bikers were in fact Black
>>> .... Theyre relying on the ignorance and bias of the public to get away with ....
Don’t forget public ‘indifference’.
Although it is a different matter, how else do you explain ‘Benghazi’?
There were Christian MC clubs, American Legion Patriot Riders and other non criminal oriented bikers there that were arrested. No one has said a word about them.
16 officers that were in the parking lot, only three fired a total of 12 shots. —
Is that 16 Waco PD officers?
Were there any Feds?
Feds undercover?
State officers?
Billy CLINTON taught me all about parsing.
“...16 officers that were in the parking lot, only three fired a total of 12 shots. ...”
****************************************************************************************************
I hear you. So...those three fired a total of 36 shots (12 for each of the three). How many shots did the other 13 officers (the ones who did not fire exactly 12 shots) take?
It depends upon what the meaning of “is” is. :^)
A group of them decided to deem me a “righteous citizen” in my youth, and persuaded me away from walking down a bad path.
I've seen huge groups of them show up en masse to drown out the evil voices of the likes of the perverted Westboro bunch, nationwide.
Frankly, if my car broke down, I'd be more comfortable if a group of bikers stopped to help me out, than if a group of foreign illegals pulled up.
“I keep wondering if any of the deceased will be “accidentally” cremated, before being handed over to their next of kin.”
Along with their autopsies being “accidentally” lost.
ATF was on the scene as well as Texas rangers.
My guess?
One dead cop (the undercover snitch) with about 10 different caliber bullets in him.
8 dead bikers with 5.56mm NATO caliber head shots.
