Suspicious activity noted ahead of #JadeHelm15

CHINO HILLS, Calif. (INTELLIHUB) — A reader, John Temblador, retired California State Peace Officer, CDC, witnessed a vehicle dashing through a Walmart parking lot on June 4. “at a high rate of speed”, bearing no “E” plate.

Temblador thinks that the vehicle may have been conducting a “covert scan” of some type.

The vehicle appears to be equipped with license plate scanning technology or code catcher technology, aimed both forward and aft to either side of the vehicle to catch every plate in the parking lot.

“Intelihub”?

I found nothing and I mean NOTHING even remotely intelligent on that site.

The mouth breathing nutters getting their pink panties all in a wad over an article about a OMG military vehicle on a flatbed truck at a Walmart while in transit to anyone of a number of military bases out west.

I saw plate scanners mounted on an unmarked crown vic with a state plate cruising the parking lot of a gun show last year.

I was scanning the replies in this thread and was looking to see someone actually state the whole “invasion of privacy” claim...

Now, before anyone gets their panties in a wad, lemme first say a part of me agrees with this idea, and these supposed scans of parking lots outside in public parking lots in front of private businesses is a bit disturbing, if not just for the question of really why they are doing this, if that is what they are doing...We really don’t know unless someone who has done this actually comes out and says they did it, and tells us who and why they are doing it...

I’m holding out final judgment until it is confirmed...

But the other part of me tells me what can you really do about it???

You are out in public...This is already done at most toll road automatic tag, or “fee lanes”...Where you have a transponder chip or card that is read as you pass thru the toll booth...

In Houston is used to only happen when your vehicle passed thru, and it di not read the tag...It took your picture and if you didn’t have an existing or current account, the toll road authority sent you a fine, after the license plate was investigated and your address found...

In these alleged parking lot cases, I just see you parking in a public place, and someone scanning and recording the information...What they do with that information, is left to be seen...

Believe what nutter conspiracy garbage you want, but its obvious that you have no clue as to how a plate reader system works.

He probably got the tech from the Mosad. He was Talking to Bibi recently...and his wife was a banker.

A plot by the Zionist entity for sure!

That’s why, when I can, I park my truck with the ass end away from the driving lane. In SC we have tags on the rear only.

Ok.. They used a Carolla.. LOL. That is the baby sister of the most vanilla Camry. That made me laugh with the cameras mounted on it like it was a wannabe super hero. Or super- spy.

In the local paper they report stories of cops pulling people over for unregistered vehicles and such using plate scanners; it seems to me that it is a way around the racial profiling issue (since the scanner picks the perps, not the “racist” cop in the car.

Very creepy stuff, but in a dying state with less and less money for cops it probably is the only way to keep revenues up.

Wow...didn’t see that. What I did see, without exception was nice neighborhoods that looked like a lot of US suburbs, with one exception - there was a wall, maybe 5 or 6 feet, parallel to the street, right through everyone’s front yard, splitting it in half, with a gate for a car to drive through. I didn’t see one continuous front yard in the areas I looked at. Every house needed its own castle wall, it was like the Middle Ages again.

Yeah because the government needs to know who is at Walmart.

>>I have seen SUVs with blacked out windows and license plate scanners mounted on the roof cruising through parking lots.

They should at least have the sense of humor to put a fake rotor on top of those blacked-out SUVs. We can call them “black suvicopters”.

Yeah, I was going to say something earlier about the states that require both front and back tags...Like Texas...

But I have never seen this “scanning” activity here in this area...I wonder if the Jade Helm folks are going to run a few passes around the areas they are scoping out this summer???

Who knows...We may never really get the full story on that, and this issue either...Unless someone blows the whistle on it from the inside...

Conspiracy theories aren’t helpful.

At best, they distract us. At worst, they make us look like loons in front of the mushy-middle voters we’ll desperately need to win back the White House.

Yeah no kidding. The .01% of the lunatic fringe make the rest of us look bad.

BTW, I saw a tank out in front of the local VFW, I guess it must be part of Jade Helm. /sarc
