“Good luck. The Cruz bashers are out in force this week. What I would like to hear is just who their preferred alternative is. They’ve very quiet on that subject.”

And now that Walker has also come out in favor of TPA, their silence on an alternative has become even more deafening. I think there are some that are legitimately angered by Cruz’s position on TPA but don’t yet know where else to go. But I think most of them are Rand Paul people trying to sow the seeds of distrust with Cruz.

I say this because Cruz so far has been a very big problem for the Paul campaign. Many of the Ron Paul diehards have come over to Cruz this cycle because of Rand’s vacillating nature and enthusiastic support of GOPe scumbag Mitch McConnell. They know that with all his baggage, it’s tough to directly advocate for Paul on FR, so they just tear down the candidate that threatens them the most.

Interestingly, I haven’t seen the same vitriol directed toward Walker since he came out in favor or TPA. Maybe the Paultards don’t see him as as much of a threat.

I am not voting in the general election for POTUS unless things change. I will vote down ballot. This leaves me free to call ‘em like I see ‘em.

Walker is not a Constitutional lawyer. He can be forgiven for his ignorance. Additionally Walker did not cast a vote in favor of TPA. Cruz did. Cruz should have known better, but he violated the constitution and his conservative principles to push TPA over the hill.

The TPA surrenders all treaty making power to the president and a simple majority of congress. That is not what our founders intended. They intended that 2/3 of the STATES (as Senators were then elected by State Legislatures) would concur with any agreement between the United STATES and any foreign country.

Of course that would mean a lot of work and responsibility for Senators who spend 90% of their time schmoozing with lobbyists and fund raising rather than seeing to it that the best interests of the Citizens of the States are represented.

Walker didn't go to Law School. Walker was not given the TPA to vote on. The fact of the matter is that there should not be any TPA and never should have been.

The Senate needs to reclaim their power, authority and responsibility under the Treaty Clause. There can be no other method under which a Treaty can be approved.

Walker can't cast a vote in Congress, just offer a wrongheaded opinion. I was a Walker supporter. No more.

But Scott Walker is a governor and couldn’t have voted on it, it was his option !!!! sarcasm.

Yeah, I’d say that is very curious, Scott Walker comes out in favor of the Trade Deal and the Rand Paul supports are quiet about that, but attack Ted Cruz over it, talk about being disingenuous.

Kind of shows just where this group of attacks are coming from.

But yet ?

How do they defend Rand Paul supporting Obama’s policy on the commie dictatorship Castro regime and opening up normal relations with our enemy ? And give them aid to.
