The police chief is a political hack who needs to be fired. He is not some paragon of morality that we should look to for our opinions.
Interestingly, the entire community is rallying around the officer and demanding he be reinstated, and they are also calling for the chief to be fired.
Yep. I’m on board with firing the Chief AND the Mayor. They rushed to judgment. They keep reporting millions of calls to fire the cop but what they fail to mention is that many calls were coming from across the country. They caved right in as fast as they could. Embarrassing.

I haven’t been paying much attention to it this morning so I haven’t seen where there’s an attempt to get him reinstated.
I’m sure he has some supporters but I tend to doubt they’re going to have any success with that.
He resigned voluntarily. Let him go.
