For more info about this see the article reporting their arrest. That article notes that the previously released resident, Don Fowler, is a member of the Bandidos MC.

Sounds like the Prosecutor has a vise on his balls and he is playing nice to get all those mean ole defense attorneys
from making a laughing stock out of him.

““Brian was there to talk motorcycling and have a day out on the deck talking motorcycle safety,” “

Unfortunately he was not aware of the #1 safety rule in Texas ....

Don’t get caught at a Bandidos meeting when over 50 Cossacks show up.

The Bandito, was there to talk about motorcycle safety. lol,,,

Loving these poor organized crime violin music sadness stories. Banditos and Cossacks, now expect to be treated with precisely the mercy, understanding, and fairness they never give anyone else. Waco wants them to feel unwelcome and they aren’t learning the lesson.

Its high comedy.

I wonder if Harley has considered marketing an ankle monitor with their name on it and lots of chrome.

I go to Twin Peaks for two things, and they do not start with T or A (but it doesn't hurt). I love "Mom's Pot Roast".

it remains unclear as to why Fowler's bond was reduced

Oh, I think we all know why. Waco has just trumped Austin as being the most hated city in Texas - Just Keepin' Wacko Corrupt. It is going to pay dearly for its behavior. New businesses will reconsider moving there. Parents will reconsider sending their kids to Baylor. Its taxpayers will be on the hook for the trials, the three squares and cots not just for those in the city but more so for those being held around the state, and the inevitable law suits. It will likely lose its customers who live in the country and drive into Waco to do their shopping. I know I'm never going to stop there. On the way to Dallas, I'll take 340 around most of the city and wait to eat at the Czech Stop in West and fill up at the gas station next door. Waco is officially off my list. Good riddance.

Pardon the interruption but I’m just noting the thread for future reference.

Please feel free to continue the carnage.

Take a look. Tell yourself, it can’t happen with me & mine. We are not any ways close, to bikers bs. This was not about the people. It was about getting away with unconstitutional actions, in broad daylight. Setting precedent, is all that matters...to these bastards of humanity.
