Dashing his mentor’s plans for the NWO and not getting the full commission must suck for the Anti-American president...

This should be an easy case; frankly it shouldn't have even been taken up, Obama said
There, the old Obama Arrogance - just doomed ObamaCare. That same arrogance that doomed every NCAA bracket pick, there bragging that Chicago would be selected for the 2016 Olympics, there bragging that Democrats would win the 2014 elections, there in so many other instances.
ObamaCare is now doomed by Obama's own leaden touch, I tell ya. You heard it here first!

Correction: He is ONLY frustrated when they DO NOT give him what he wants by legislating from the bench
Otherwise he’s as happy as a clam with them
(are clams really that happy?)

This should be an easy case; frankly it shouldn't have even been taken up, Obama said... It is an easy case. The plain language of the statute is clear, the legislative intent and history is clear, the IRS regulations , prior to being "set straight" by the political apparatchiks in the treasury were clear, and we have video of the principal architect of the law explaining why subsidies were only going to be given to residents of states which have their own insurance exchanges. Nothing could be clearer, it ought to be a slam dunk.
The astonishing thing is there will be members of the Supreme Court who will find a way to get around the unimpeachable evidence before them.
I have difficulty deciding if this guy is evil, knowing he is lying or stupid, believing he is telling the truth.

I say they don't but the GOPe will save him again and fund the subsidies. yeah, the GOP thinks they'll get a single vote from the "disenfranchised" "poor" and "people of color" if they do. Laughable how stupid they are.
