“Never in history — never! – has there been a universal yearning by all of mankind for something that does not exist.”

I have often thought this myself.

“Never in history — never! – has there been a universal yearning by all of mankind for something that does not exist.”

This is a very simplistic way to phrase an ontological proof.

Kurt Gödel has the most complete proof. Kurt is most famous for his incompleteness theorem. Kurt was also a friend of Einstein and they walked together to Princeton every day. Kurt also did some work on Einstein’s relativity theorems.
