You have to ask the question if a snide insult is worth your life (not you specifically of course, just conceptually).
That question works all the way around.
I mention this because someone on this thread used your 'handle' to opine that the appropriate response to someone insulting his wife or mother was to kill the the insulter. I respectfully remind that individual that folks who are threatened with death or grave bodily harm frequently KILL (as in stone cold dead) the person posing said threat.
Consider it a word to the wise.

I make comments all the time. Not necessarily on weight, but on most things, and I’ve had a few people get a bit uppity, but never was attacked.
It probably helps that I’m a big lad, but I only say things that need saying heh.
