The cop got over the line. There are more details out there. The kids were guests at a birthday pool party. It’s a neighborhood community pool. An older woman at the pool started ripping on the kids and apparently some racial slurs were tossed around. The cops were called after the woman and one of the teens got into a row.

Yeah, the cop crossed the line. But the "fact" you state are from one of the crowd that crashed this pool. The other side of the story is that this group continues to crash pool parties across the area led by a guy on Twitter announcing places and times along with spots to hide from cops when they show up. There are also eye-witness reports of some of them having sex in the pool. They were asked to leave and didn't. Fights broke out.

Still lots to learn about this incident. Don't take Huffpost's lame article as "facts."

It was an end of school party and it’s in a link someone else posted. The kids live in some rental properties in that neighborhood and sent an invitation via social media.
