Were the girls actually molested, or just touched?
He was a kid just getting his hormones, and that doesnt excuse him, but who hasn’t know of a pre teen boy looking at girls at that age? When I was a kid, it was called “looking up bottoms” and boys would try to lift our dresses. Yes- that long ago when girls did wear dresses.
I’m not excusing him, but he seems like a kid who felt repressed and was curious. I also don’t know the whole story— but am looking at the first of his “confessions”.
These were 5 year old girls. 15 year old boys know right from wrong. Many are charged as adults in murder cases! There’s no possible way you can blame hormones for this. He should have to register as a sex offender.
