It’s theft, pure and simple. Too bad they can’t foreclose on his education, such as it is.

This infuriates me. My parents couldn’t afford it, but they did say that they would’ve found a way to pay for college education if I wanted one.

Instead, I joined the Navy, and when I got out, or use the G.I. Bill, lived at home and commuted to school, and went to a state school. I also held down jobs so I could pay for my own expenses and books?

This clown wanted to go to an expensive school and live the high life, what you should’ve done was had consideration for the people who pay his bills for him, what you should’ve done was had consideration for the people who pay his bills for him.

Instead, we get this no-load, freeloading scum. He should be horsewhipped.

Being able to nullify the degree thus obtained sounds fascinating. With the full panoply of safeguard against error of course (a state just dunned me for tax I had already paid, if I didn’t need a reminder of the need for that).

Also, I do believe this is one more step on the liberal road to socialism. They can’t have things like contracts getting in the way.

It is perfectly acceptable now to take out a loan and default on it with no consequences.

I’m surprised there was some kind of government program that gives money to people default on their loans, so they can work towards getting a better and default on it with no consequences.

I’m surprised there was some kind of government program that gives money to people default on their loans, so they can work towards getting a better credit rating or improving their self-esteem.

Just unbelievable.
