I can see a murderer hiring this guy. He can argue how the laws don’t apply to said murderer just like the immigration laws don’t apply to him.
This already happened in California.
The notion that a non-citizen, non-immigrant alien can be an officer of a court created by the citizenry is beyond me.
It simply shows that the government now believes it exists above the citizens and is a power in its own right, needing no “consent of the governed”.
There’s a word for that: tyranny.
