Oh, plenty of people. And this guy will win their case, the press will pick up on it, and glorify them both.

Strange to have a lawyer lecturing me that the law doesn’t matter.
If he doesn’t have to obey the law, why do any of the rest of us?

I thought that open criminality was frowned upon by bar overseers.Except,of course, when it’s Rat Party big shots.

Imagine being an illegal in a country and having this kind of chutzpah.
I would eject all of them out of the country, including children, just for that.

ok this is finally hitting liberal home turf. 90% of lawyers are liberal and they are not going to be happy with third worlders in their rice bowl.

"nor does it suggest that the applicant cannot protect, as an officer of the court, the rule of law and the administration of justice." That is the biggest pile of unadulterated bull shiite I have ever read.
How can a person who has clearly broken and shown disdain for Federal Law, be expected to protect the rule of law and and the administration of justice?

We definitely need big H-1b quotas for immigrant lawyers.

Who would WANT an undocumented person to represent them?”
Other illegals will hire him. He will be no better than folks who represent themselves pro se. They will get little traction in the courts but it is another opportunity for a race to fleece its own members, like Jesse and Al do to the blacks.

Undocumented Immigrant?
If he holds a license of some type he is documented.
If he never went through the immigration process legally then he is not an immigrant. He may have migrated here, but never immigrated.
He is just an illegal alien criminal.

Amen! I believe Cruz would do it, too. Lets allow a felon to practice law, by all means. /s I guess it just never gets too ridiculous or bizarre for libs.

you can practice the law if you have a record. jail house attorneys do exist.
of course, how you’re able to practice the law while breaking it by being an illegal immigrant is beyond me.
yes, you can learn the US code.
no, you cannot try a case in court for anyone other then yourself. if you were representing someone else, you would be conducting business in the US... which you cannot do as an illegal alien.
it’s really not that difficult... unless the point is to find some way to ‘empower’ the illegals
