Tuesday in in Orlando at the Florida Economic Growth Summit, former Gov. Jeb Bush (R-FL) said he was upset and deeply troubled about the debate over the NSA encroaching upon Americans civil liberties by the warrantless collection of bulk data that has now been reformed by the Senate passing the Freedom Act.
Bush said, The simple fact is, we are safer today because of the Patriot Act, and this notion that somehow you create a false narrative, as many on the left, and a few on our team, but mostly on the left, that our civil liberties are being violated. Its not true, there is no evidence of it. You can say it all you want but if its not true then why would we give up something that has kept us safe?
He added, Im deeply troubled by this and there is this narrative that is quite dangerous for the homeland.

I hate to be left out, FU JEB BUSH, Spying on CITIZENS is not Security
John Ellis Bush and his family are “quite dangerous for the homeland.”
Don’t go away angry, Jebbie.....just go away.
Somehow Bush always says exactly what a sock-puppet of the international bankster NWO globalist fascist ruling elite WOULD say.
BTW: Jeb Bush murdered Terri Schiavo.
I’ve always hated that word, “homeland”. It sounds eerily like “fatherland”.
He is the candidate of the banker cabal.
I’m ‘deeply troubled’ by this shill NWO hillary lite wannabe that doesn’t perceive any danger in an increasingly corrupted all powerful surveillance state,
“that is quite dangerous for the homeland.”
Whats the homeland? I grew up in America, not the Fatherland, the motherland, the homeland. Jeb, stop with the Nazi-speak.
This guy is not stupid. He has been told what to say and is following through. They are all out to destroy us, the middle class.I loathe these vermin.
Why the hell is he upset at the debate?
I don't get it.
Please God, don't allow him to be our only nominee.
Whether or not we are safer is irrelevant. FedGov is collecting bulk data on the general population, which is outside the scope of the Enumerated Powers. While that does add to our safety in the short term (the math is clear - metadata analysis works), it gives FedGov far too much power. Once again, Bush is wrong. Even if he is the nominee, I will not vote for this big government Amnesty supporter.
They’re trying to force feed us Jeb as the proper gentlemanly Hillary loser,
With Lyndsey graham in the race only so that Jeb loses North Carolina to an unsurprising and yet supportive future drop out candidate rather than someone actually conservative,
Come talk to me Jeb and you will see the true face of “Upset”.
