Syrian Druse near the Israeli border are under threat from the Islamic State as the Assad regime withdraws its forces from the area, Druse sources told The Jerusalem Post on Monday.
President Bashar Assads forces are weakening in Druse areas, including near the village of Hader, close to the border on the Golan Heights, Channel 1 reported on Sunday evening.
Israel is closely following developments in case Druse residents flee to Israel because of the jihadist threat.

Well I suppose if Assad is fighting for his life so to speak and needs his resources in Syria, he does not have much interest in Lebanon right now!
Plenty have fled to Israel in recent years, the Druse population in Israel has increased ~40,000 in the last 10 years alone.
Instead of bringing the Syrian Druse to Israel, I’d suggest expanding the Golan Heights to include those Syrian Druse areas...at least as much of the area that is in easily defensible terrain.
