Caitlyn Jenner will receive the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the ESPYs this year.
Formerly known as Bruce Jenner, the Olympian-turned-reality star made her debut as a transgender female on Monday via a Vanity Fair cover.
Hosted by Joel McHale, the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live ceremony will be broadcast July 15 on ABC. The occasion will be Jenner's first public appearance since her transition.

I don’t care if Jenner wants to cut off his balls, pump up his breasts and pretend to be a woman. However stop shoving his sex change in our collective faces. The Vanity Fair cover is sickening and despite all the slinky lingerie and undoubted Photoshopping he is no different than a drag queen impersonating a woman. The only positive thing is that he is apparently using his own money instead of having the taxpayers pay for his sex change as is far too often the case.
They literally believe it makes sense that a woman can be a father. An increasing number of the populace are stupid to the point of insane. You cannot be functioning with any amount of intelligence to believe it makes sense that this father is actually a woman and admitting who he really is when he had to have major surgeries to mutilate his face and body to alter its appearance and literally have organs amputated from his body - that’s called accepting who you are?
Ah, there’s the solution for Elizabeth Warren - she was born a Native American trapped in a white woman’s body.

ESPN has become utterly, embarrassingly liberal. Sports jocks have an inferiority complex, and they try to make up for it by out-liberaling their cohorts in the regular news department. Nowadays, it would take courage to OPPOSE anything gay or transgender.
