Photos on the Facebook page of a group called Free All The Waco Bikers appears to show police snipers on an apartment building rooftop, across the street from a Harley-Davidson dealership that was a hosting a memorial service for one of the bikers shot and killed outside a Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco on May 17.
This is the second time in less than a week that snipers have been posted outside a Texas Harley Davidson dealership after the Waco incident.
The most recent sniper sighting occurred at the fundraiser and celebration of life for Jesse Rodriquez, a decorated Vietnam vet who was known to fellow bikers as Mohawk, and frequently did charity rides with his wife. The fundraiser was held at Geuene Harley Davidson in New Braunfels, south of Austin.

Breitbart Texas used Google Maps to confirm that the apartment building shown in the photos is indeed directly across from the Harley dealership.
The second sniper incident was reported this past Saturday at Longhorn Harley Davidson in the southern Dallas suburb of Gran Prairie. CBSDFW.com reported that police positioned snipers outside the dealership during a motorcycle event. No incidents were reported.

The report, which was a press release from The Looney law firm stated they received this information from the lawyer representing the jailed biker.
So your answer doesn’t make any sense.
I am interested enough to point out to you the holes in the story and how it can be authoritatively verified.
The narrative that no one knows much at all right now.
Same one that applied to Ferguson.
Also, to not be swayed by communist disinformation.
WHOA! I just looked at Google Earth and I ain't seeing it either. 4201 S. Jack Kultgen Expy. Waco, TX 76706| Should I ask to have thread deleted?
Source says it's in the Austin area - not Waco. At a memorial for a biker who was killed in Waco.
Thanks. I appreciate solid information.
“Such agreements are legal and enforceable. Sometimes they are found unenforceable, it depends on the circumstances.”
In the enforceable case they present as the first example, the lawyer of the person in question actually drew up the agreement.
Well, in Ferguson there was store video of the gentle giant robbing the place the next day. I would say your comparison is pretty flawed. Show me any evidence any of the nine dead had broken any laws at the time or beforehand because if it exists I have not seen it. I have seen information to the effect most of the 170 have no prior arrests. I find that pretty astounding actually and would not have bet my money on a random sampling of bikers having such a clean record. I know for a fact I can cherry pick a Sunday School class with more felons.
Says it is New Braunfels, close to San Antonio.
Writer has no idea it is not Geune.
Where else do you suspend the rule of law?
“I can accept that something called Beritbart Texas does not know how to spell Gruene or even Grand Prairie”
Chuckle.
No replies.
Again, you make no sense.
One does not do an investigation in to why nine people were shot dead by rumor and fear mongering and public kangaroo court.
That is exactly what left did in Ferguson and is exactly what is happening here. what you are doing.
The lies and disinfo comes from the same place as well.
Someone has to say it and since no one else has I guess it has to be me.
Travis, for crying out loud, what were you thinking?
You could have posted these pictures to yourself, as you sometimes do. She would have seen them, but at least they would not have been addressed to her personally.
Instead you posted them TO the MOTHER of a WACO Cop. I often comment on posts that are not addressed to me personally. But your use of her post to paste your pictures is . . . a sucker punch to gut of the mother of a Waco cop.
Travis, I believe I know you are a more decent sort of person than that.
And don-o even though Travis called her deluded, this goes far beyond name calling.
In addition, FR badly needs information and input from people and sources from Waco. There is a lot of information in Waco that the rest of us do not know, and I for one am anxious to hear it. How can we sit on our high horses and judge Waco and not let someone from Waco speak?? Travis, your tasteless post has the effect of forcing her off the forum, because no one who comes here to post their own opinion and first or second hand take of the events, deserves to be addressed in this way.
It is well and good to have compassion for the families of those arrested. To then attack the innocent mother of a cop is . . . how measured should I be? . . . despicable.
Travis if someone did something similar to your mother, might you not consider it “fighting words”?
Servus of course.
PS does it make me a “bootlicker” to have compassion for a mother of a cop? That term is thrown around freely enough, even this may call it upon me again, but again undeservedly.
I read that they are are not allowed in Massachusetts, with the Mass Supreme Judicial Court ruling them void as a matter of public policy.
I guess why not if they are voluntarily agreed to be both sides.
No kangaroo court here. Fact is that LE has info, video, radio, photos, etc. common sense says if any were exonerating for them it would be out. It ain’t. If any of it demonstrated a crime in progress by anyone other than the police we would have seen it as well. We haven’t. Like Sherlock Holme’s hound the absence of something speaks loudly to one who has ears. You are convinced that all those present down range were criminals. On what do you base this?
There is no upside to the cops to make the information public, and the DA has a pretty good argument against publicly going negative against the accused.
Assuming there are some wrongful arrests in there, the tables will turn. I wouldn't bet on the wrongly accused to get a fair shake in court. Courts are biased in favor of the government (the hand that feeds them), and the bigger the stakes (the bigger the screw up), the less likely a remedy.
I don't believe the official version(s), but am open to evidence.
You sound exactly like the Ferguson people who were quite naive about investigations, evidence and time frames.
And, your comment is the epitome of kangaroo court, but you don’t realize it.
Fighting words? Screw any jackbootlicker, I don’t care who.
I feel like I have landed in a parallel-universe America. The My Lai Massacre happened, and the “official story” is that two Vietnamese clans were having a vicious clan battle, and thank goodness heroic Lt. Calley and his company of soldiers happened to come along, and put a stop to the in-fighting. REALLY????!!!!!!
We just saw a POLICE SNIPER MASSACRE in Waco, and you are tugging my heartstrings over hurt mommy of police feelings??? REALLY??
No, you are the one jumping to conclusions about the victims.
Not sure why I got included, but, from here the constant hand wringing and supercilious tone and this horror of frank and direct dialog that you post got tiresome a while ago.
You might find the Canteen, gardening and cooking threads more to your liking.
